Watermelon

Juicy,succulent,sweet nectar

left in a plate on the veranda,

overlooking the harbor,

Sliced by my boyfriend,planted by him

Watermelon one of my favorite fruits

So watery,but delightful against my palettes,

quenching a light thirst,

A green and white exterior painted by nature’s angels

with an interior of juicy,red pulp,

with each crunchy bite,I feel a little more in love,

a little more in health,

I enjoy drinking that watermelon
